Who You Are
We care about who you are more than your CV. Experience and background don't matter as much as the following traits:
Radically Open to Feedback
You don't just tolerate criticism -- you seek it out. When someone tells you something isn't working, you adjust immediately. Not next week. Now.
Transparent to a Fault
You say what you think. You flag problems early. You don't keep things to yourself. If something is off, you speak up. Silence is a dealbreaker.
Clear, Proactive Communicator
You overcommunicate. You explain things patiently. You adapt how you communicate to who you're talking to. You write well and you speak well.
Calm Under Pressure
Clients are demanding. Deadlines are tight. You don't crumble -- you get sharper. You make fast decisions and move forward.
A Coach and a Cheerleader
You manage developers and designers with authority, but you lead by encouraging, supporting, and extracting the best from people. Not by commanding.
Growth-Oriented
You want to get better. Every week. You're not looking for a comfortable seat -- you're looking for a launchpad.
Nice to Have
We care about who you are more than your CV.

Why Jolly Commerce
Learn More Than Anywhere Else
We work with demanding clients on complex problems. CRO, Shopify development, strategic audits -- you'll be in the thick of it.
Real Impact
We're in a growth phase and reshaping how we operate. This isn't a big company where your voice gets lost. What you do here matters immediately.
Autonomy
We set clear expectations. How you meet them is up to you. We don't micromanage.
Fast and Honest
Our culture is built on growth, quality, and ruthless feedback. If that excites you instead of scaring you, you'll fit right in.
Our Hiring Process
We keep it simple.
Founder Interview
45 minA conversation with Kevin, our founder. We'll talk about your goals, what you're good at, what you're not, and walk through your experience. This isn't a trick interview. We want to understand how you think and whether there's a mutual fit.
Practical Session
45-60 minA working session with one of our project managers. We'll put you in a real scenario -- an unhappy client, a miscommunication with a developer, a tight deadline. We want to see how you communicate, prioritize, and handle pressure in real time. No preparation needed.
Reference Check
Quick chatWe'll ask for one or two references -- someone who's worked with you closely. We want to hear how you operate from someone who's seen it firsthand.
That's it. If we like what we see, we move to a 2-week paid trial. Fast decisions, no ghosting.
